tokensto.cash lists leftover or included LLM API capacity on the Surplus Intelligence inference market. Surplus probes the provider key, stores it encrypted, and pays USDC on Base per request. This site never persists the key. Users never SIWE with Surplus. payout_address is the signed-in Privy wallet.

- Listing is free.
- Cash-out is the live oracle rate, no spread. Default minimum $1.
- Floors: Included 0.02×, Leftover 0.05×, At cost 1.0×. Auto-price never goes under the floor.
- Pay-as-you-go keys never sell below 1.0×.
- Earnings count only inbound USDC from learned Surplus relayers.
- Direct cash-out: Revolut, Monzo, Chime, Zelle.
- After one-time USDCtoFiat Verify (desktop Chrome, extension 0.2.1+): Venmo, Cash App, Wise, PayPal.
- Mercado Pago is not offered.
